Tom Rauen
Tom is an entrepreneur and investor with a passion for community, marketing, and innovation.
Tom is the founder and CEO of 1-800-Tshirts.com, an Inc. 5000 company, and co-founder of Shirt Lab. Tom shares his marketing expertise with the Screen Print Marketing FB Group as well as group coaching and online courses.
Recognized Worldwide for his marketing stunts, most notably breaking the Guinness World Records for wearing the most t-shirts at once with 247 T-shirts, freezing a t-shirt in under 1-minute, and the infamous Pope Bracket.
Tom is an avid ultra distance runner and enjoys traveling with his wife Amanda and two children Thomas Jr. and Theodore.
Ali Banholzer
Ali is the surviving spouse of Colonel David Banholzer (USAF). Raised in Washington State, she earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Washington State University. Upon graduation she worked as a Lead Analyst for the Spokane Police Department.
In 2004, she began MOSD LLC. In 2014 Dave was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multi-Forme . Ali closed her commercial space and spent as much time as possible caring for Dave and their two daughters until his passing in November of 2016. In 2017 Ali re-opened MOSD LLC, now branded as Wear Your Spirit Warehouse and has continued to grow the brand. In late 2022, Ali joined the Shirt Lab team as an equity partner with founders Tom Rauen and Marshall Atkinson.
Ali is a graduate of Leadership Southern Maryland, is a community business advisory member for Calvert County Public Schools Graphic Arts Program, Anne Arundel Public School Innovative Design Program. She is on the Editorial Board of Screen-Printing Magazine and a contributing author. She is the recipient of the 2020 Women In Screen Printing Award. Ali is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Besides running the daily operations of Wear Your Spirit Warehouse, Ali mentors fellow business owners in the Apparel Decorators Business Sprint. Lastly, in her spare time, Ali volunteers as a Peer Mentor for T.A.P.S. (Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors) and races sailboats on the Chesapeake Bay with U.S. Patriot Sailing.
Ali continues to live in Huntingtown MD raising her two daughters, Kate (21) and Caroline (19). Kate is a psychology student at Albright College in PA. Upon graduation she wants to attend graduate school and work in the field of child bereavement. Caroline is a freshman at George Washington University in Washington D.C. studying Chemistry and hopes to go into Forensic Science.
Marshall Atkinson
Mesa, AZ-based Marshall Atkinson is one of the leading production and efficiency experts for the decorated apparel industry. He is the owner of Atkinson Consulting, LLC.
As a coach, Atkinson focuses on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, workflow strategy, business planning, marketing, employee motivation, management, and sustainability.
He is a frequent trade show speaker, article & blog author, and is the host for the YouTube show for Jerzees “Adventures in Apparel Decorating” .
Marshall also co-founded a decorated apparel industry sales and marketing education company called Shirt Lab, with industry entrepreneur Tom Rauen.
